SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
How Quickly is My Order Processed and Shipped?
In stock merchandise, without embroidery, will be shipped within 2-4 business days of confirmation of your order.
Any back-ordered items, will ship within 2-4 business days of the items being re-stocked from our factory, here in San Francisco.
Back-ordered items usually only take 10-12 business days to be re-stocked.
Embroidered items, depending on the complexity of the embroidery, can take an additional 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped.
How long will my order take to reach me?
We ship via FEDEX Ground and delivery times take 1-5 business days, depending on where the order is being shipped to within the United States.
Please note that FEDEX does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. FEDEX will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
Please note that these times may be longer depending on weather conditions and other delays outside FEDEX’s control.
Shipping business days are Monday through Friday and begin the day after your order ships. (Example: Your order ships on Wednesday and FEDEX Ground takes 2 business days to reach you, your order will arrive by Friday).
FEDEX Delivery Disclaimer
Once your order leaves our facility in San Francisco, California, it is in the care of our preferred shipping vendor, FEDEX. It is up to the discretion of the individual driver delivering your package whether or not to leave the package if no one answers the door upon delivery. If a package has been recorded by FEDEX as “delivered” without a signature, Cayson Designs accepts no liability or responsibility for the delivered goods. If you feel it is necessary and/or you would prefer to request to have a signature required for delivery, please contact us immediately upon order confirmation so we can make these special arrangements.

International shipments, to Canada via FEDEX, can take 5-14 business days, not including delays due to customs & inspections. All other countries ship via DHL.
How are shipping fees determined?
We have negotiated the best fee structure with FEDEX, so your shipping fees are the lowest possible.
Please note that on international orders, all import duties, fees, VAT and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are payable upon receipt of merchandise.
How Do I Arrange To Return An Item?
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you would like to return an item, please call 1-800-971-2433 for a return authorization number.
All items being returned need to be in the original condition, no used, soiled or washed items can be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If the merchandise is defective or we made an error in regard to style or fabric, we will pay for the return shipping charges.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 12 days from receipt of delivery of your order.
A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item.
