Shipping Information

How Quickly is My Order Processed and Shipped?

  • Available merchandise, without embroidery, will be shipped within 2-4 business days of confirmation of your order.
  • Back-ordered merchandise usually only takes 10-15 business days to be re-stocked.
  • Any back-ordered items will ship within 2-4 business days of the items being re-stocked from our factory, here in San Francisco.
  • Embroidery orders can take approximately 4-6 weeks to be processed and shipped.

How long will my order take to reach me?

  • We ship via UPS Ground from our San Francisco warehouse and delivery times take 1-7 business days, depending on where the order is being shipped to within the United States.
  • Please note that these times may be longer depending on weather conditions and other delays outside UPS's control.
  • Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of our service provider and no guarantees can be made regardless of the chosen shipping method.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
  • Shipping days are Monday through Friday, and we do not ship during the weekends.

UPS Delivery Disclaimer

  • Once your order leaves our facility in San Francisco, California, it is in the care of our preferred shipping vendor, UPS. It is up to the discretion of the individual driver delivering your package whether or not to leave the package if no one answers the door upon delivery. If a package has been recorded by UPS as “delivered” without a signature, Cayson Designs accepts no liability or responsibility for the delivered goods. If you feel it is necessary and/or you would prefer to request to have a signature required for delivery, please contact us immediately upon order confirmation so we can make these special arrangements. 

International Orders

  • For all international orders, please send an email to [email protected] and let us know your shipping address and the items you’d like to order, so that we may furnish a shipping quote for you.
  • International shipments can take 5-14 business days, not including delays due to customs & inspections.
  • Please note that the client is solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes that may be charged upon arrival to your country and that international orders are non-returnable. Any refused packages will not be refunded.

How are shipping fees determined?

  • We have negotiated the best fee structure with UPS so your shipping fees are the lowest possible.
  • Please note that on international orders, all import duties, fees, VAT, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are payable upon receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy

How Do I Arrange To Return An Item?

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to return an item, please call 1-800-971-2433 for a return authorization number.
  • All items being returned need to be in the original condition, no used, soiled or washed items can be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • If the merchandise is defective or we made an error in regard to style or fabric, we will pay for the return shipping charges.
  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 12 days from receipt of delivery of your order.
  • A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item.
  • Upon return and inspection, credit will be issued in the original form of payment, within 1-3 business days.

    Restocking Fees Notice

    Orders over 25 aprons or 6 or more coats/vests/jackets are charged a 20% restocking fees if returned within 2 weeks of receipt. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 2 weeks of receipt, so please be sure to check orders upon arrival.

    Large Order Notice

    To ensure your satisfaction and make sure you get exactly what you need, we have a special policy for large quantity orders totaling $800 or more:

    Personalized Consultation: Before processing any online order over $800, our team will personally reach out to you. This allows us to confirm that the items you've selected meet your expectations and are the perfect fit for your needs.

    We strongly suggest you purchase samples of the items of interest before you commit to a full production order.

    Processing Returns: Should you need to return your order for any reason, please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover the costs associated with restocking and processing the return. The same return policy applies to all returns. Returns of unworn and unsoiled goods must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
