Chef and restaurateur, Michael Kramer, has been a longtime supporter, client and friend of Cayson Designs. Chef Kramer approached Cayson President, Karie La Mountain, during the 2017 Euphoria Greenville Event with some functional, practical, and revolutionary apron design ideas. After many design modifications and fabric options we were finally able to finalize the designs for the Michael Kramer Collection!

Along with Michael’s unique, angled, highly customized pocket on the Euro Bib Apron, he wanted Cayson to utilize natural, yet durable fabrics as well as functional and chef-friendly finishes and designs. We are re-introducing a collection that can be purchased without minimums as single apron purchases or as an entire front of house/back of house apron program.

Today, Chef Michael Kramer continues to bring his culinary vision to life as the owner and Executive Chef at Jianna, making this collection a reflection of his dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional dining experiences.
