Chef Brandon Jew is the Chef/Owner of Mister Jiu’s in San Francisco, California. He is a renowned, award-winning Chef, author, and restauranteur as well as a longtime friend and supporter of Cayson.

We are honored to introduce the newest Cayson Collaboration with Chef Brandon called, Mister Jiu’s Yin Yang Collection. Chef Brandon and his lovely wife, Anna Chet Lee, had some fashion forward and functional design ideas for their collection. The aprons feature a heavily bleached Indigo Denim that has natural variations throughout each roll providing a unique piece for everyone on your team. This soft, durable fabric is combined with simple, functional pockets and the signature, Mister Jiu’s Yin Yang Logo.

The Bib Apron features Black and White Webbing Ties, and the Waist Aprons may be purchased with Black OR White Ties.
