Rising Star, Chef Mark Bolchoz, has been a fan of Cayson gear since 2015. He first saw some Cayson Aprons on colleagues, bought his own when he worked at The Grocery and Peninsula Grill, and has been a loyal Caystomer ever since. Chef has brought Cayson along to Indigo Road, where he is the premier rustic and rural Italian Cuisine master. When Chef approached Cayson to do a Chef Collaboration Collection, it was an absolute YES!

Mark is a hard-working chef who has a wealth of work experience across the East Coast and has earned his reputation as a top ranked, respected, and valued chef in the hospitality industry.

As a true professional, Chef Mark values quality, durability, functionality, and style. Therefore, he wanted to produce a collection that is just that. The MDB Collection has something for everyone. Back of House, Front of House, the aspiring home chef and more. Each apron has its own unique style, but the collection is cohesive so it can be purchased as a program to outfit an entire restaurant.
