After starting as a dishwasher ten years ago in charleston , march 1st will be the first dinner service at my own restaurant . After months of dealing with lawyers and consultants we finalized the deal and I've put my menu together . The current owner recommended I get myself some solid jackets , and reccomended Cayson ( he started out cooking in SF for Joyce Goldstein ) got my jackets in the mail three days ago - perfect fit , soft material ( doesn't scratch my neck) and very swanky looking if I do say so myself . Thanks Cayson for being part of my dream , I've worked six and seven days a week for ten years in itchy ugly jackets that don't fit and fall apart - I can tell you guys take pride in what you do , it shows in your jackets . Thanks a lot - sorry for the corny note
